Sports Performance classes:
Athletes in this program will improve acceleration, multi direction and deceleration mechanics. They will also develop and improve strength, power, anaerobic capacity along with reducing the risk of injuries.
Adult Fitness Classes:
Adult classes are designed to improve functional strength, aerobic endurance, anaerobic capacity, fat loss, while improve energy and sleep.
Private Training:
Private sessions are tailored specifically for individual goals. It is a great way to accelerate post operative rehab or injuries suffered during sport.
